NJIXHOST services are for legitimate websites, applications, business email, and related lawful activity. Customers must not use, assist, or knowingly permit the service for the following:
Customers must keep applications and extensions supported and updated, remove unused software, use unique credentials and multi-factor authentication where available, and notify NJIXHOST promptly after suspected compromise. Website scripts may send mail only through approved authenticated SMTP services; unauthenticated PHP or local sendmail may be restricted.
Activity must remain within the purchased plan and must not unreasonably degrade shared infrastructure. Automated crawling, high-volume messaging, or compute-intensive workloads require prior approval when they could affect other customers.
We assess context, evidence, intent, severity, and recurrence. Responses may include notice, credential rotation, endpoint blocking, file quarantine, rate limiting, or suspension of the affected function or service. Deliberate or repeated abuse may be terminated. Reports can be submitted through the Abuse Reporting Centre.
