This policy explains how NJIXHOST handles personal data when you visit our websites, order or use a service, contact support, or submit an abuse report.
We may collect contact and account details; domain, hosting, mailbox, billing, invoice, and transaction references; support communications; portal and security events; IP addresses and device/session data; and evidence supplied in fraud, spam, or abuse reports. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy terms; NJIXHOST normally receives transaction status and references rather than full card details.
We process data to provide and administer contracted services; bill and communicate with customers; protect accounts, recipients, and infrastructure; investigate abuse; comply with law; and improve reliability. Depending on the context, processing is necessary for a contract, a legal obligation, our legitimate interests in operating a secure hosting service, or consent.
Data may be shared only as needed with infrastructure providers, domain registrars, payment processors, email delivery providers, security vendors, professional advisers, authorities acting with lawful power, and an affected customer or upstream provider investigating a substantiated report. Providers may process data in other countries and are selected with appropriate contractual and security safeguards.
Account and billing records are retained while the account is active and afterward as required for tax, dispute, fraud, and legal purposes. Routine security logs are generally kept for a limited operational period; material incident and abuse evidence may be retained longer where needed to investigate, defend claims, protect the network, or comply with law. Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer reasonably needed.
The portal uses essential session, language, and theme storage needed for login, security, and user preferences. We do not describe optional advertising cookies as essential; if optional analytics or marketing cookies are introduced, appropriate notice and controls will be provided.
We use access controls, encryption in transit, service isolation, monitoring, backups where configured, malware controls, and incident procedures. No system is risk-free. If a personal-data incident requires notification under applicable law, affected people and authorities will be notified as required.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Some records must be retained for security, billing, or legal reasons. We may verify identity before acting on a request.
For privacy questions or requests, contact support@njixhost.com. Security or abuse reports should use our reporting centre or abuse@njixhost.com.
