NJIXHOST does not provide “bulletproof” or abuse-tolerant hosting. Our Acceptable Use Policy and Anti-Spam Policy prohibit phishing, malware, spam, fraud, credential theft, botnets, unlawful content, and evasion of network or reputation controls.
Use the Abuse Reporting Centre or email abuse@njixhost.com. For urgent active threats, put “URGENT” and the affected domain in the subject. Support remains available at support@njixhost.com.
Reports receive a reference and are triaged according to severity, evidence, active harm, and recurrence. We may request more information, share necessary evidence with the affected customer or infrastructure provider, preserve logs, block a vulnerable endpoint, quarantine malicious files, or restrict the affected service. We aim to avoid disrupting unrelated customer websites or legitimate mailbox access.
Do not exploit a vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it, access unrelated data, disrupt service, or publicly disclose sensitive details before remediation. Good-faith reports are welcomed. Knowingly false, abusive, or extortionate reports may be rejected.
