Anti-Spam and Email Use Policy

Last updated: July 29, 2026

Permission to Send

Commercial or bulk email must be sent only to recipients who gave valid consent or with whom the sender has a lawful, relevant relationship. Purchased, rented, harvested, or scraped address lists are prohibited.

Message Requirements

  • Use accurate From, Reply-To, routing, and subject information.
  • Clearly identify the sender and the business on whose behalf the message is sent.
  • Include a valid contact or postal address where required by applicable law.
  • Provide a clear, easy, and functioning unsubscribe method in promotional messages.
  • Process opt-outs promptly and do not sell, transfer, or reuse an address after it opts out except to maintain a suppression list.

List and Reputation Hygiene

Senders must suppress hard bounces, repeated soft bounces, complaints, and unsubscribed recipients; monitor complaint and bounce rates; use SPF, DKIM, and DMARC; and avoid sudden unapproved volume increases. Rotating domains or IP addresses to evade reputation controls is prohibited.

Website and Application Mail

Web forms must use anti-bot controls and rate limits. WordPress and other applications must use approved authenticated SMTP credentials. Compromised scripts, open relays, direct unauthenticated PHP mail, and forged envelope senders are prohibited and may be blocked without disabling legitimate mailbox access.

Reporting Spam

Forward the full message headers and relevant evidence to abuse@njixhost.com or use our report form. Do not unsubscribe from suspected phishing messages; report them instead.
