These terms govern NJIXHOST hosting, email, domain, portal, support, and related services. By ordering or using a service, you agree to these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, Anti-Spam Policy, Privacy Policy, and applicable order terms.
You must provide accurate contact information, keep credentials confidential, use strong unique passwords, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by an NJIXHOST security failure.
Fees and billing periods are shown before purchase. Services must be renewed before their due date to avoid suspension. Domain registration, transfer, and renewal depend on registry availability and may be irreversible once submitted. Domain fees are normally non-refundable after submission to a registry.
You retain ownership of your lawful content and grant NJIXHOST the limited permission needed to store, transmit, back up, scan, and process it to provide and secure the service. You must have the rights and permissions required for all content you upload or send.
We work to provide reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Emergency maintenance, attacks, upstream failures, and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect service. Unless a written plan expressly includes managed backups, customers must keep an independent current backup.
We may investigate suspected abuse, preserve relevant evidence, restrict a vulnerable function, quarantine malicious files, or suspend an affected service when reasonably necessary to protect customers, recipients, or network reputation. Where practical, action is limited to the affected account or function. Urgent active harm may require action without advance notice.
Services may be suspended for overdue payment, material policy violations, active compromise, legal requirements, or serious risk to the platform. We will provide a reasonable remediation path where circumstances permit. Repeated, deliberate, or unlawful abuse may result in termination.
Support scope depends on the purchased service. We may update these terms for legal, security, or operational reasons. Material changes will be published with a new effective date and, where appropriate, communicated to affected customers.
To the extent permitted by law, NJIXHOST is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability relating to a service is limited to fees paid for that service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply. Questions may be sent to support@njixhost.com.
