Hosting, domain, email, setup, and digital service payments are generally non-refundable once service provisioning, setup, registration, or activation has started, except where a refund or remedy is required by applicable law.
Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable once submitted to the registrar.
Hosting payments cover server resources, provisioning, configuration, support, and account activation. Once activated, payments are not refundable.
If there is a technical issue caused by NJIXHOST, our team will work to correct the issue. Service correction does not automatically qualify for a refund, but this policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies for services not delivered as agreed.
Customers are responsible for renewing before expiry. Suspended or expired services may be reactivated after renewal confirmation.
